11222 86th Avenue N., Maple Grove, Minnesota, 55369
I am an attorney of counsel at Dononhue McKenney Ltd., with its office located in Maple Grove MN. Being a “South of the River” resident, I also have a regular meeting locations in Bloomington (near the Mall of America) and Lakeville. I have experienced battles in court as an attorney since 1998, and I personally know the lasting impact that divorce can have on a family. The collaborative process can be a better way for many families. I have legal experience in family, business and real estate matters, all of which are areas that may be involved in a divorce.
I attended Brown University in Providence RI and Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter MN for my undergraduate studies, and William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN for law school. I am a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Collaborative Law Institute of Minnesota. I have found that having family law matters decided in court can be like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole, forcing decisions on the losing party. A collaborative divorce, on the other hand, can help a couple find the best solutions to restructure their family and positively move on with their lives.
