I represent clients in collaborative family cases, as well as traditional family matters (divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, etc.). For traditional family representation, I structure my representation specifically for each client (we define the terms and cost of my representation to best meet your needs as the client). I am also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, and clients benefit from my in depth knowledge of financial aspects of divorce.
I provide mediation for all family disputes and other conflicts
I draft estate plans (will, trust, health care directive, power of attorney, beneficiary designations) for individuals and families, from covering basic needs such as a trust and guardians for childen, to more complex, including estate tax planning and planning for international citizens.
