I am a member of the 6-attorney family law group at the Minneapolis-based law firm of Messerli & Kramer P.A. I have a very broad family law practice that includes all aspects of divorce, significant experience in third party custody and adoption, disputes between same sex couples, and the interplay of juvenile court and family court. I also do estate planning, assisted reproduction matters, drafting cohabitation, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and a significant practice in various tribal courts. I do a significant amount of appellate work in all of my areas of practice and am a mediator with the Minnesota Court of Appeals Family Law Mediation Project.
