Divorce can be a challenging process to go through in many ways…financial, emotional and logistical. When divorcing, you are creating a legal, binding contract of everything in your life – property, debts, parenting time and parental decision-making. I believe the best results are achieved when clients have support and representation in making these life-changing decisions. When using the Collaborative Law Process in divorce cases, a team of professionals is created to inform, advise and offer creative solutions to create a lasting agreement that works for all. I offer a free consultation, where I will sit down with one or both parties, and explain the divorce process options, including Collaborative and others, and the parties can make an informed decision which process will work best for them. I offer services as a mediator, as well as legal representation in Collaborative and traditional family law cases.
