About Collaborative Law

Cortney E. Whitehouse, JD (Attorney, Mediator)

My parents divorced when I was a teenager and did so in a respectful, dignified manner. As a result, my sister and I came through the process unaffected and my parents are now able to attend events and family functions together for their grandchildren. Since I started practicing law in 2001, it has been my goal to minimize the impact of divorce on my clients and their children whenever possible. Collaborative practice is an excellent means to that end.
