| General Comments |
| A divorce may be the end of a marriage but it is often not the end of a relationship. Couples with children have to recreate their family. What this new family looks like can only be controlled by the divorcing couple. The collaborative approach to family law gives clients the tools they need to not only resolve their initial marriage dissolution with dignity and respect, but also gives clients a solid foundation from which to resolve future parenting disputes. Negotiating visitation, child support, custody and myriad other parenting issues continues long after the initial decree is in place. Although divorce is often painful, it can also be an opportunity for growth both personally and as a new family. |
