| General Comments |
| Collaborative law has revolutionized family law practice. The traditional adversarial approach to divorce pits spouses against one another and creates additional acrimony in families already facing tremendous emotional and financial distress. The collaborative divorce model teaches parties to work together to create a cooperative and prosperous future for everyone involved. In addition to collaborative and mediation services, I also represent clients in traditional divorces, cooperative divorces, and related family law matters. I also provide divorce coaching. I am happy to meet with clients for a free intial consultation to educate them on their options and the divorce process in Minnesota. |
