CLIENT COMMENT REGARDING MARSHA C. PORTER'S ROLE AS COACH AND PARENTING PLAN CONSULTANT:
"Much to my dismay, I found myself going through a divorce in 2008/09.
It was a couple of years before, when I first realized that this was probably destined to happen. I felt scared, alone, and exhausted thinking about what I had to go through, emotionally and physically. I met Marsha shortly after deciding to choose to go through a collaborative law divorce. Even though I felt confident with my lawyer, I needed someone who understood what I was going through and had been through the process herself; someone that I could confide in as well as someone who could advise and support me on an emotional level. Hiring Marsha to be my divorce coach was the answer that I prayed for. Her prior credentials of social work and counseling made her skill at helping me through this difficult time more impressive. Separately from being my divorce coach, my x-spouse and I hired her to be our child specialist. Marsha made it a simple process to come up with a parenting plan and was an excellant mediator. Having Marsha’s support and working with her made going through divorce more tolrable. It was comforting having Marsha by my side."
