About Collaborative Law

Jennifer L. Loeffler, CPA (Financial Professional)

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who specializes in business valuation and non-marital tracing for marital dissolution purposes. My role as a neutral financial expert is to assist my clients by providing them with critical financial information required for them to make important decisions for their financial futures. I am an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) through the American Society of Appraisers and am accredited in business valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I have been working as a neutral financial expert for over six years and have been involved in more than 200 business valuation and litigation support projects. Prior to this role I was in a management position with a regional public accounting firm where I began my career as a CPA providing audit and tax services to corporate and non-profit organizations. I strongly support the collaborative process and believe it produces creative financial solutions even when complex issues are involved. The collaborative process enables financial information to be shared freely, while staying focused on the overall goals of the clients, ultimately producing client centered results.
