About Collaborative Law

Thomas B. Alf, CPA (Financial Professional)

Served on the Collaborative Law Institute Board from 2006 to 2008. Worked as a Collaborative financial neutral as well as indivicually with divorce clients since 2005. As a CPA, I have over 20 years financial experience in cash flow planning, asset and liability analysis, budgeting and risk management. As a CDFA (certified divorce financial analyst), I have specialized training in providing clear, yet comprehensive financial advice throughout the divorce process on matters relating to tax, cash flow, asset allocation and their impact on client life style. My financial planning practice model is based on a holistic, comprehensive approach in order to recognize not only your financial needs but your emotional and non-financial goals as well. My goal is to educate, motivate and coach, but not to sell. I am independent (I am not tied to any company's products) and I clearly disclose all project fees - No commissions.
