| General Comments |
| As a mediator with 12 years of experience mediating family law issues in Minnesota, I believe very strongly in processes that allow divorcing spouses to maintain control over their own decisions and that offer them the possibility of handling conflict in a healthy manner. Collaborative law gives clients the added benefit of having their lawyers actively participate at the table, giving instant feedback and advice where needed. As a lawyer, it is important to me to be involved in processes that are designed to be ultimately healthy and helpful for my clients, and hopefully for all concerned, especially the children. |
